First Team Debuts

Milestones
Barry Wilson scored his first goal for the Club.
Scott McLean scored his first goal for the Club.

After a dream start the visitors were fortunate to win.

In 11 minutes McLean scored with a low drive after a good run by Teasdale. 4 minutes later Wilson made it 2 after a superb solo run and a good shot from 18 yards. In 21 minutes McLean turned well in the box and slipped it to Christie who netted with a volley from 8 yards.

The visitors then eased up and on 45 minutes Maxwell pulled one back direct from a free kick on the edge of the area.

The second half belonged to Queens and in 61 minutes McLauchlan made it 3-2 when he scrambled it home after goal mouth chaos. In the dying minutes Queens pressed hard and were unlucky not to snatch an equaliser. Inverness CT now move to the top of the league but it is very tight.
