First Team Debuts

Milestones
Iain MacArthur played his 50th major competitive game for the Club.

The freezing weather and rock-hard surface made good football difficult and few chances were created in the first half.

The game came alive after the restart when Cowdenbeaths Stewart scored with a lob into the top right corner from 15 yards. The home side attacked from the restart and Wilson was brought down in the box - Stewart blasted the penalty home.

The home side then took control and created a number of chances before Stewart made it 2-1 in the 68th minute. Teasdale won the ball on the right and sent over a fierce cross which McLean headed into the area - Stewart bundled it home from 3 yards.

2 minutes later Calder made a great double save at the other end. The home side pressed for a third goal but were delighted with a 2-1 win.
