Dundee took the lead on the half hour mark when a high cross from Shaun McSkimming was misjudged by Jim Calder and ended up in the net. Iain Stewart scrambled the ball over the line in 64 minutes for an equaliser but Eddie Annand immediately scored at the other end. A last minute penalty gave Caley Thistle the chance of a draw but Paul Sheerin’s effort was saved by Robert Douglas.
