Liam Keogh was a hat-trick hero at Banff.

His first came from 20 yards then he added a second from 10 yards further out. Grant Munro netted with an overhead kick and Barry Wilson converted a penalty after he had been brought down.

Lewis MacKinnon made it 5-0 just after the break then Graham Cadger pulled one back when he curled a shot past Mike Fraser.

Fox and Keogh, scored to make it 7-1 before Jamie Watt hit a strong shot from 18 yards to double the Vale’s tally.

In the last ten minutes David MacRae netted a header, trialist Paul McMullan scored then Stuart Golabek made it ten right on the final whistle.
