Signed a new two-year deal with the club during the close season after initially signing for one season.

20-year-old Lee joined his hometown team at the age of 13 in 2003. Since then he developed through their academy system, being part of their youth side that won the Academy Premier League title in 2006-07. He went on to sign his first professional contract with the Club in May 2008 and then spent a month on-loan at Yeovil Town from the end of January 2009 before returning to Leicester City.

Despite not making a first team appearance for the Foxes, he was described on their website as a player who “always gave 100%” and “has worked extremely hard to get his opportunity in the game.”

Had an excellent campaign last season as Caley Thistle won the Irn Bru First Division Championship and linked up well in the midfield with the experienced Russell Duncan. He reached his first milestone this season when he made his 50th app. for the club in the game against Hearts in September but was taken off in the following game against Celtic in the CIS Cup with ankle ligament damage and was out of the side for a short time, missing five games but returned to the subs. bench for two before being reinstated in the team. Now back to full fitness and once again in great form.
