First Team Debuts

Milestones
John Scott scored his first goal for the Club.

Caledonian Thistle's good away league run continued with this draw at Recreation Park.

Both sides had first half chances with both 'keepers making excellent saves. On 23 minutes a Scott dipping header was touched on to the crossbar by Butter and a few minutes later Moffat's 25 yard drive was pushed round the post by McRitchie.

Alloa should have scored on 35 minutes when Nelson shot straight at McRitchie but they did break the deadlock two minutes later - a Nelson lob was only partly cleared and Moffat despatched the ball to the net from 12 yards.

In the second half the visitors fought back and chances were missed by McKenzie and MacMillan. The equaliser came in 69 minutes when John Scott netted with an angled drive.
