Jordan began his career in Fife with Dunfermline in 2008 when he was just 16. He made his debut in a friendly against Hearts but did not make his senior debut until August 2009 against Queen of the South. He was loaned out in late 2009 to Clyde where he mainly played on the right side of midfield. In 2011 he was loaned out to Dumbarton and at the end of the season he signed for Drogheda Utd in Ireland.

After returning from Ireland he signed again for Clyde but was offered a contract with Falkirk after impressing then manager Steven Pressley. He went out on loan to Stirling Albion in September 2012 but due to cuts at Falkirk it was agreed the deal could be made permanent. At Stirling he scored 39 goals in 77 appearances in all competitions and took home a raft of player awards.

In 2014 he signed a 2 year deal with Livingston and again won a raft of awards from the club and fans after scoring 31 goals in 88 appearances in all competitions and helping them avoid relegation from the Championship.

In 2016 he signed for Wrexham however he was ruled out for two months after an ilness. He made his debut in November 2016 and although he finished top scorer with 7 goals in 24 games the club did not renew his contract. A season with Barrow followed where he scored 7 goals in 22 starts.

Jordan signed for ICT ahead of the 2018 season.
