The Scotland Under-21 internationalist joined Caley Thistle on a two-year deal from SPL champions Rangers last July. Started his career at Ibrox back in Season 2006-07 and made his debut for the club in March 2007, coming on as a sub. against Aberdeen in the SPL. Earlier that same day he had scored two goals for the Under-19 team against St Mirren. Helped Rangers win the Scottish Youth Cup by defeating Celtic 5-0 in April 2007, scoring the first goal. Went out on-loan to Dundee during 2008-09 and was re-loaned to them last January. Was having an excellent campaign last season in the midfield when he broke his metatarsal in a Scottish Cup 4th Rd. Replay against Dunfermline Athletic at East End Park in January meaning he virtually missed the remainder of the season. He did manage to get back for the last three games of the season but now, after a good pre-season, he`s once again looking the part and big things are expected of him as well. Scored his first goal of new season in game v. Kilmarnock 11.08.12.
