Logan Chalmers joined the Dundee United Academy at the age of 10, his competitive debut came in the Scottish League Cup in July 2017, when he came on as a substitute and has since played 40 games for United

Chalmers represented Scotland at under-17 level once, playing against the Czech Republic in August 2016.He was then capped by the under-21 team in October 2020.

Logan joined ICT in the January 2022 window on loan until the end of the season. He scored two late spectacular left footers in a 3-2 win over Raith Rovers in March 2022, his first goals whilst on loan at Inverness. His purple patch saw him score 5 goals in 18 appearances before he returned to parent club Dundee United at the end of the season.
