First Team Debuts

Milestones

Second half substitute Wilson Robertson scored the only goal of this game in the last minute to give the visitors a very welcome victory.

The first half belonged to Montrose and Mark McRitchie made several good saves including a penalty stop in the 10th minute from McGlashan after David Buchanan handled in the area.

Right on half time Kevin Sweeney was the visitors' saviour when he cleared off the line.

The second half was more even and Colin Mitchell came close a 20 yard shot which curled over the bar. At the other end McRitchie was again in fine form and he saved from Mailer, Milne & McAvoy.

With time running out Wilson Robertson once more came to Caley Thistle's rescue when he picked up a clearance on the halfway line, saw Larter off his line and curled the ball into the net.
