First Team Debuts

Milestones
Barry Robson played his 50th major competitive game for the Club.

A low-key affair despite being a cup quarter-final. Clydebank produced little and Caley Thistle won convincingly. In 18 minutes a good Tokely ball from the right was chested over by a defender for a corner. Wilson took it and in the resulting confusion a Glancy shot was cleared but from over the line. In 65 minutes Robson scored a fine solo goal. He cut in from the left parallel to the 18 yard line, beat two defenders then hit it into the roof of the net. A well deserved win for Caley Thistle and a place in the semi-final. Hopes of a Highland clash were dashed when Ross County went out 2-1 to Alloa after extra time.
