First Team Debuts

Milestones

After a good start Caley Thistle lost two late first half goals then came from behind to gain a draw. They took a deserved lead in 11 minutes when Barry Robson swept the ball from the left towards the box and David Bagan hammered home an angled volley from 16 yards. Slack defending on the half hour mark allowed Andy Kane a chance at the other end and he slotted it low into the net from the edge of the box. Five minutes from the break a similar slip let Kane through again, he passed to Pat Keogh who made it 2-1 with a low shot from 12 yards. Richard Hastings went off injured at half time and was replaced by Mike Teasdale. In 53 minutes it was 2-2 when Wyness tapped in his 21st goal of the season, he reacted first in a packed goal area when a half cleared Bagan corner was knocked across goal by Bobby Mann. The visitors nearly took all three points in 80 minutes but Halliwell scrambled a Bagan shot to safety.
