First Team Debuts

Milestones

Arbroath spoiled the promotion party and deservedly held a nervous Inverness side.
The first half was poor and the second was little better.

In the first minute McWalter brought out a good save from Calder and in the last minute of the first half McWalter scorned two good chances.

The visitors best first half chance came in 10 minutes when Thomson shot just over. In 51 minutes Cherry brought out a good save from Hinchcliffe and a minute later Hinchcliffe turned a MacArthur 25 yard drive past the post.

In 61 minutes Calder came well out of his goal to tackle Hope but failed - Hope sent a low drive across the empty goal but nobody was there to collect. Calder made up for this with good saves from Gallagher and Wylie. There was little of interest after that - the promotion celebrations must wait.
