First Team Debuts

Milestones
Dennis Wyness scored his first goal for the Club.

A convincing win in the end but at 2-1 Airdrie looked as if they could gain at least a draw. Dennis Wyness scored his first goal for the club in 14 minutes when he volleyed home a low Ross Tokely cross from the right. Davide Xausa was brought down in 37 minutes and Paul Sheerin slotted in the penalty. Airdrie fought back in the second half and substitute Stephen McKeown made it 2-1 with a glancing header within a minute of coming on. ICT held on then sealed it in 73 minutes when Xausa knocked in a Barry Wilson cross which eluded the keeper. A superb Wilson 30 yard strike made it 4-1 in 79 minutes right into the top left corner off the bar and the post.
