"Hissy" signed for the club towards the end of the January 2003 Transfer Window to beome John Robertson¹s first signing.

He made his debut for ICT as a substitute in the home match against Falkirk on 8th February and scored his first goal on 15th March against Arbroath at Gayfield.

He couldn¹t play in the Tennent's Scottish Cup as he had been cup-tied playing for Ross County against Morton on 25th January.

He started season 2003/04 in great form also scoring on the opening day of the season against Gretna in the 1st Rd. of the Bell's Cup and followed that up with two goals in the next round against Peterhead and scoring the only goal of the game in the quarter-final against Ross County. He also scored a sensational goal at McDiarmid Park against St Johnstone in the 2-1 win in August, such was the ferocity of the shot that he actually burst the ball. He then came off the bench in the Bell's Cup Final to set-up the opening goal for David Bingham and capped a fine 30 minutes by scoring the second and decisive goal in the closing stages.

His all-action play has certainly gone down well with the ICT support and his 14 goals in 2003-04 saw him finish joint third goalscorer with Barry Wilson.

Transferred to former manager Neale Cooper's Gillingham in August 2005 and eventually ended up back with another former manager, John Robertson at Livingston a short time later after Cooper left Gillingham.
