First Team Debuts

Milestones
Iain Stewart reached 30 goals for the Club.

Montrose had the better of the first half but could not score. A swerving McGlashan snap-shot from 25 yards nearly caught Jim Calder wrong footed in 7 minutes but he managed to get a hand to it.

4 minutes into the second half Iain Stewart cleverly chipped the ball over the static Larter to put the visitors in front. In 64 minutes Colin McGlashan equalised from close range after a goalmouth scramble. Inverness then took control and deservedly scored in 81 minutes - a Daisy Ross close range shot after a neat flick from Marco De Barros.

The home fans then started to leave as they thought it was all over but 3 minutes from time Montrose stole a point with a Mark Craib header.
