First Team Debuts

Milestones

The Inverness run of eight games without defeat ended at Forfar. Forfar missed a 6th minute penalty when Calder saved from Hannigan but they took the lead against the run of play in 20 minutes with a superb drive from Morgan.

Despite pressure at the other end they went two up in 49 minutes with a powerful headed goal by Glennie. The visitors had a chance to come back in 54 minutes when Wilson was brought down in the penalty area but Thomsons penalty came rattling off the bar. They continued to fight back but despite intense pressure on the Forfar goal they failed to score. Once again they could not capitalise on the chances they created and, not for the first time this season, they were up against a keeper in top form.
