First Team Debuts

Milestones
Davie Ross played his 50th major competitive game for the Club.

A drab, defensive game with little to choose between the sides and few clear cut chances. The best chance fell to East Stirlings trialist substitute in the 34th minute. He beat Jim Calder with a low drive but it came back off the post.

Just after half time the home side had another good chance when McBrides floating header had to be hooked off the line by Mike Noble. On the 67 minute mark the visitors came close twice - a Barry Wilson cross was headed off the line by Russell and following the resultant corner a Brian Thomson drive screamed past the post.

The introduction of Inverness substitute Marco De Barros 9 minutes from the end caused problems for the home defence but despite a few close shaves in the dying minutes they held on for a draw.
