Milestones

Caley Thistle took the lead in 16 minutes when John Scott took a corner on the right and Alan Hercher swept it home at the near post.

County equalised in 29 minutes with a Jamie McPherson header.

Just on half time Jim Calder made the save of the game from County's Colin Milne.

Early in the second half County's Jamie McPherson was sent off after a foul on Mike Noble. At the same time an off the ball incident involving Bellshaw led to Graeme Bennett being sent off and a minute later Charlie Christie was sent off after a scuffle involving Herd. Herd was lucky to escape without even a booking.

County could not capitalise on their numerical advantage and Caley Thistle held out.
